Hugging you awaking has ever been my core

Touching your hand as a sign, maybe as an advice

To laugh together of anything (un)wise

Now, in all my days, sounds to me: never more.

Kissing you, rapidly or deeply, anyway

Has ever been my trek to far universes

Your lips´ touch making me someone else

Now, in all my moments, whispers to me: no way.

I´d rather to take apart that deathly raven´s curse

Repeating in my mind its disgusting call

But even my impossible efforts can change this course

Poe was right: a dream is always within a dream

Leading us to the bottom of a mortal stream

It´s a heritage that life gives us, at all
